John is a veritable carpet whisperer. He’ll do an unbelievably great job cleaning any carpet, including ones that you worry can’t be cleaned. And he’ll thoroughly inspect your carpet and accurately explain to you beforehand what the outcome will be.

We have used Pro Tech Carpet Care services for a number of years and are very pleased with the results. Today he cleaned our dirty and stained carpet that had not been cleaned in almost four years. Tonight it looks like brand new carpet. John is knowledgeable, professional and very respective of our furniture, etc. He has reasonable prices and we highly recommend Pro Tech.

John is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to carpet care. This guy is a serious guru, not to mention how professional he is. It amazing how it seems like no stain can get him scratching his head. Sometimes he gets overbooked, but still worth the wait. Thanks again for everything john.

John at Pro Tec does an amazing job cleaning carpets, he is very courteous and offers extremely reasonable pricing. We have used ProTec for over 5 years now and will not use anyone else.
ProTec just came today prior to us hosting an event. We have white carpets and some areas were really dirty and stained. John got all the stains out the carpet and it looks like new!
