Excellent physician staff. Sadly, their nurses seem hesitant to want to help over the phone when called. And don’t call and try to move your appointment up sooner, because their schedulers are just horrendous, rude, and unwilling at all to assist you. My best offer of advice is if you need your appointment moved up, send an email through mylghealth bitching out your doctor. Unfortunately I had to do that, but miraculously 15 minutes after I did that the office manager called me and they found a next day appointment for me. Martha and all the doctors seem well worth the stress. The office staff definitely needs retrained and improvement.
