Juan at Quipus High Tech has been my go to computer and IT service person for more than 7 years now. He has come through for me and my business repeatedly when our computers or network system have had problems. His knowledge is impressive, and he works within our budget to provide us with a functional system that meets our needs. I also appreciate how he provides us with a full understanding of what type of system we ultimately want to work towards building for our business, and presenting us with feasible, and affordable, steps to take to build it. For instance, he presents options when decisions have to be made and money has to be spent on the system. He provides recommendations that are meant to save us money over the long run. I have found his advice over the years to be spot on regarding our office needs, and I believe that he has saved us quite a bit of money by directing how we should proceed to build our computer system over time.
