Very expensive! Spent $ 250 on a keratin treatment. They said they guaranteed their work so I decided to do it for my curly hair. AFTER the treatment was over, they said they don’t guarantee it unless I buy their shampoo and conditioner. now I’m up to
about $ 300. They said wait 48 hours to wash my hair, I waited 72 just to be sure. I washed my hair and it was just as curly as before the treatment! I called the salon and talked to three people including the owner who was incredibly rude and condescending to me, probably because they thought I was young and gullible. They downright denied ever saying they would guarantee the service. Now I’m stuck with a hefty bill, stinky shampoo and conditioner and a sour taste in my mouth for that business. BEWARE
