If Unilocal would allow me to post zero stars, I would. This place is an unsafe, unhealthy hotel that should be condemned by the health department. Equally as bad are the staff who are rude, indifferent, and completely oblivious to their guests’ needs.

I’m from Pittsburgh and spent the night here after going to a concert at the American music theater. I actually liked it at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice. Clean sheets, good view, nice and quiet. I really enjoyed playing pool in the game room($ 1 game). There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel which both looked nice although I didn’t have time to eat/drink there. There were some rough spots in the carpet and areas on the walls that could use a fresh coat of paint. You can’t beat the location which is close to everything in Lancaster –right across from Dutch land. Having said that, this was a good hotel at a good price($ 69/night) and if I ever need a hotel in lancaster I’ll absolutely be booking another night here :-)

It coulda been better. The only good thing about this place was the outdoor pool and the indoor heated pool. Other than that it wasn’t all that good. Location wise it was good because it was in the lincoln hiighway strip. The service was sucky and breakfast was horrible also.

Problably one of the worst hotels ever. Old and not kept clean. Very gross and cold pool, don’t even get me started about the indoor one. Doesn’t have that hotel feel. TV and wifi didn’t work. Might have been a good hotel in the 1900’s, but not taken care of. Mold, crusty towels, and leaks. I only liked the amusement park across the street, and the pool table. Don’t recommend it at all

Horrid horrid horrid. First of all, our room was not ready when we arrived at 10pm. So we waited an hour, and then they gave us a room with people in it… It was downhill from there. We spent a day without keys because their machine was not working. And every night there was a new group of unhappy families checking in. Just don’t do it to yourself. PS Sauna is broken and the pool.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting the Renaissance Faire. Everything else in the area was sold out and I needed 2 rooms. For $ 79+tx p/nt-what the hell, right? The hotel property and layout is great-but it’s badly in need of a cash infusion and makeover. Our room had mold on the ceiling/wall at the window from a bad leak. The lampshade had water stains on it and there was mold on wood in the bathroom. They must have leaking problems throughout the hotel as there were buckets in the hallways – gross! It’s not a place I would book to stay for longer than one night, but in a pinch, for $ 79 p/nt– I might consider it. The bar and outside pool/patio area is a really great setup. There’s even another bar downstairs where they were doing country line dancing(no thanks). but it looked like fun. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, if someone with some cash invested in this property-it would be great. Until then, when I return to the area, I’ll spend a little more and get a clean, sanitary room.

The trashiest hotel I have been to. The pool was as green as a swamp and the lady at the front desk blamed it on the people from the weekend. There are spots of the ceiling that were raining water onto the floor. The customer service was rude and unwelcoming. The game room has 4 pool tables and when we payed for a game it didn’t have enough balls and the worker said that they have been missing for awhile with no solution. In the end, this place is in a good location but utterly horrible as an establishment. There is a Country Inn & Suites next door that is amazing.

WTF? This was THE skankiest hotel! It’s a great location in between the outlet centers but not worth it! The rooms were filmy and dirty. The balcony was closed off with a sign that said ‘dangerous’. There was no shampoo… and the front desk said that there wasn’t any! Breakfast? Seriously? There was a trashcan catching drips coming from the ceiling! The only edible thing was the yogurts. The muffins were stale-and my package was already open. We had two rooms with an adjoining door. We kept the one door open. Around midnight our friend had to leave suddenly to take care of an issue at home. I got up to go to the bathroom around 2am and noticed that the door was still open and that her bathroom light was on. The door was locked in the morning. Did they rent the room after my friend left? Someone could have come in during the night and robbed us! Until this place goes through a total rennovation-including the 70s wallpaper-stay far away. I’m going to take a shower.
