it smells beautiful and so are all the clothes the staff are so wonderful they even help you take your items to your car you dont see that too much any more over all if you are going out any where and want to look amazing go to them ! they worked with my budget as well thank you guys!

I have a very important wedding in June… I ordered a dress… I always wear a size 12. I get this dress on the websites clearance section…2568 a black/​white polka dot dress with jacket. When I try it on it is huge… I mean this was more likely a 1x or something of that size. So the quality was good so I decided to exchange that for another dress… Stacy Adams 78 363. I checked the size chart this time… and based on this it said I needed a size 8… I ordered that. This time it was too small… and I likely should have ordered my size 12… but the company should know their dress size charts.
By this time, it was too late to try and wait for another dress. When I called for a return #, they kept giving me the runaround… finally a Jordan who works there kept answering the phone and putting me on hold and ‘laughing’. I did get emails from Chrissy Gold stating very succinctly that I will get a store credit. I don’t ever want to deal with this company again… and who issues store credits? fore web purchases… now they are not answer my emails and they have over $ 300 of my money… After they got the first dress back (2568) a woman there confirmed they had gotten it back and I had received NOTHING… even if it was a store credit, they don’t send a receipt or something… now I have a second dress I cannot use… for a wedding I need a dress for next week. Please help! This is a disreputable company… don’t deal with them.

Poor customer service. Everyone who works there are no help at all, just sitting around on their laptops. The store looks just as crazy as the website, everyting all over the place, no organization. I ordered a hat that I needed for my 40tth bday party. Hat never came!
