I have to vent!!! Some of you know we purchase some furniture from Rocky Top Log Furniture & Railing back in September. We sold our couch in November as the furniture was estimated to be delivered this Monday. I emailed the sales person that has left us three messages asking us if we wanted any more furniture with no response. I called the office directly this morning. I just got a call this afternoon that our upholstery is on back order, and no one knows for how long!!! I’m pissed and upset. I had to call to check on my order. NOONE has checked in with us. No one at the company seems to have known that the upholstery was on back order. No one informed us of this set back. They’re sorry, but no one is taking any responsibility for this delay or lack of customer service. They are blaming the upholstery company. They say they can send me my furniture without the cushions, but what good would that do me!!! I’m sick of being taken advantage of!!!

Great rustic décor and furniture! We bought an outdoor table and absolutely love it! Met the owners and they were so gracious and friendly! Great experience!

I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid doing business with Rocky Top as their business practices are highly unethical and dishonest. They do not perform as a reputable business in meeting contractual obligations nor refunding monies as expected. No one should do business in any way with this firm.
