I tried the chicken patty today and loved it. The peppers add a lot of flavor. It’s the kind of cooking you just can’t get at a fast food place. No boring flavorless meat here! The service was great too. The lady behind the counter was friendly and had a beautiful smile. She offered me free samples of beans with rice and a drink. Both tasted great. Unlike other reviewers I didn’t experience any problem with the portion size. That meal filled me up! I’m going to go back and try the Island Fries.

Really good if you are looking for something different than normal fast food! I got the island fries and mixed in the jazzy rice. It was fantastic

My wife found this place and wanted to try it out. So we decided to share the Big Kev and the Island Fries. We started with a cup of their homemade drink «sweet sensation» (warning drinking this will keep u up for hours). Island fries had good taste but not enough cheese and the pico de gallo made the fries a little soppy. The Big Kev saved this review from being a 1star. Great flavor on Big Kev wished the bread would have held on a little longer. Even though they charge u an extra .50 for peppers in the Big Kev i would recommend them increasing the charge to begin with and not ask for the extra $, because the peppers make the Big Kev delicious (just saying because asking for extra $ felt tacky).Portion size were good for the price.

The food ambience and customer service is opulent. The tacos and soul rolls are my absolute favorite. I can’t eat enough of them weekly. They also do catering.

Excellent customer service and décor. I do think they need to step up their recipes for their banana pudding, their weren’t enough wafers or meringue but… to each their own.

First let me start off by saying the flavoring of this food is great! It’s not the flavor that’s the problem but the portion size of the food! I’ve visited this establishment on a couple different occassions. The first time I thought maybe it was just a bad day and they were low on fries so that’s why I had literally a handful of fries with the crumbs and maybe they didnt have enough veggies and chicken so thats why my «soul rolls» were super small! The «soul rolls» were in fact just regular egg rolls and were pretty small in portion as well.

The second time I went I ordered tacos. Once again flavor was there but I had some of the smallest tacos ever! The shells were smaller than the Carne asada tacos from a Mexican taco spot! Too make it worst one of my shells was broke in half! I love supporting black owned businesses but the portion size of this place has got too improve or I can guarantee that they won’t get many customers. Just to support and the flavoring! I will only come on the special days! That way i wont feel like im wasting any more of my money! Please do better! Improve your portions!

My first ever chicken link. It was fantastic I would recommend this place to anyone. The Soul roll was bomb. The service was welcoming and the owner explain the process of the restaurant the freshness of the ingredients and the wait wasn’t bad at all

This is some good food right here. Mouth watering deliciousness. And that sweet sensation juice… AMAZING! I can still taste it right now. I’m definitely coming back.

I left a review about a month ago on my last experience here and it wasn’t the best review. The owner read my review and took the time to respond in an effort to rectify my bad experience. I truly appreciate that she 1^st acknowledged my previous experience, 2^nd apologized for it, and 3^rd offered to rectify my experience. The time and effort she took to reach out to me really demonstrates her professionalism as well as how she cares about the feedback from her customers. When I went back the 2^nd time the cashier was also extremely apologetic and very pleasant. I ordered the island fries and it was delicious! I will definitely return again. So thank you D. C :).

Hot chicken link with diced bell peppers and onions. Link was juicy and bread was soft. I prefer mayo but it didn’t really need it will def go here again! Service was good restaurant is clean!

Drove to S&S links was curious to see if they were as good as the place in Los Angeles. Bought a 5lb box. Those links are defiantly worth it. 11.00 a box wow! Best kept secret in lancaster

Drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga! Definitely the best chicken links hands down!
