Bought a Kenmore fridge two weeks ago. First one delivered was damaged. Delivery drivers left my old one in the garage and took the damaged new one back with them with no offer to bring the old one back inside. Second one was delivered three hours later than promised with no phone call and no record of it being out for delivery at the call center. Yesterday the freezer quits working so I call today and they tell me it will be December 12th before they can have someone out to service it(keep in mind it’s less than two weeks old). I complain enough that they agree to exchange it but can’t deliver it for 4 days. They delivered two within two days of purchasing the unit in store. I spoke to the store manager who couldn’t make a decision as to how to help my complaint and had to call another call center. She calls me back and offers a $ 100 credit to my purchase price. That won’t even cover the food that I’ve already lost let alone the time I’ve had to take off work for a simple delivery turned into a day long affair and now a second day taken off for the delivery of a new unit this time. I vow to never make another purchase from Sears and let everyone that I encounter in the retail store that I manage moves over $ 20,000,000 in inventory every month what bad customer service Sears’ off shore call centers offer their«valued» customers. You can’t even call directly into their store without going through a call center first. I had to call the Auto Center in my store and make an associate go on a manhunt for a store manager. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had
