Abosolute trash. Today I sat in the corner of the waiting room for 40 min as I listened to their front desk employees talk about a mother and her 4 children negatively before talking about how it’s empty. I then stood and said I’ve been waiting. They had no idea I was sitting there or listening to their rude comments. They didn’t even look at their sign in sheet for 40 min! Claiming they didn’t see me when they told me hello! Only to tell me I won’t be seen.
Every time I come I anticipate 2hrs for X-​rays and no cleaning. Awful. I will NEVER be back.

This is the worst dental office in the world they are full of incompetent ignorant dentist (if you can even call them that) I highly doubt they are even licensed, they will completely destroy your teeth and will take absolutely zero responsibility to fix it their whole staff is ignorant, rude and very unprofessional, specially their so called office manager by Te name of JJ Finnie, I went in my self about a year ago for a wisdom teeth removal and they were two seconds from pulling out the wrong tooth just because they had mixed up the X-​rays ! I put a comment of this at that time I got up and left and tried to complain about it but they didn’t care then I had them calling me and emailing me apologizing, I decided to go in give them a second chance, now I sent in my handicap mother and brother for a cavity filling, once they get there after hours and hours of waiting with a appointment the dentists says hey you guys are my first patients ever ! I’m new ! So this so called dentist was a inexperienced student dentist whom never had a patient before ! My brother is a child didn’t know any better and stayed, days and weeks and months later my brother has the biggest pain and infection ever because this dentist made the mistake to go in to deep, we called complained and said hey what’s going on why is he not ok? We went in and they simply said hey we make mistakes sometimes and the dr «accidentally» went in too deep, what? This is completely unacceptable we have called numerous times both my mother and I have spoken to this Mis Finney and she is also a liar who says oh I don’t recall what your talking about, these people are irresponsible and I will go as high as I can to make them fix their errors ! They should be shut down do not go here !!!

I normally don’t write reviews but this place just amazed me. My son was so scared to go for his check up and the last place we went to had really long wait times and that’s frustrating when you have a child that’s already fearful of the dentist. We waited here maybe 5minutes the gentlemen was so friendly and could tell my son was apprehensive he calmed him by talking to him assuring him it would be okay and he made sure I was okay as well! Im glad my friend told me to go back she was right the place is a lot different then before! I will refer and bring my son back and I will be asking for Juan and the same DR. Very pleasant.

Was very pleased with this office. I have been to another Smile Dental in Palmdale and it was really old and «yucky» feeling, so I was pleasantly surprised by this office.
My oldest daughter, 19, went here to get a filling replaced. The office is a nice size and very clean and comfortable. There is a nice play area for kids and 2 tvs in the waiting area.
The receptionist was very friendly and the assistant that told me about what procedures were recommended and pricing was very friendly and had a great sense of humor.
The examining rooms were clean and comfortable.

Going to the dentist can be tough; but smile dental group and their friendly staff have made it a fun and painless experience. I most definitely recommend this office for anyone who is looking to get the best results on cosmetic dentistry or general treatment.
