I have had troubles with my internet connection for a long time now. Techs have come out and fixed it. This last time the tech came out he said I should charge you a $ 100.00 because this is a network issue but, while I’m here I’ll fix it for you he hooked up his computer to my router and wiped out the IP address. Now my internet connection is worse!!! I went to Comporium’s main office at about 9:45am on the 24th of June and told the whole thing to Glenda Phillips a supervisor. She took my name and number and said she would get with her manager and another person and get back with me this afternoon. I am anxiously awaiting an answer to my problem. At 1:30pm the same tech comes out I meet him outside and he says«now what’s going on» I told you last time I was here what the problem was next time you have a problem I will charge you” he asked for a paper clip and made a nasty remark it’s a wonder what a paper clip can do. He was not only nasty he was ignorant and rude. So today Glenda called me I told her what he said and did she told me his supervisor would call me. Finally problem fixed after a tech came out two months ago and it failed once again no worries we ended up fixing the problem and works great now.
