We have used Balloon Factory on multiple occasions and they have always been great. A few years ago we ordered a balloon arch and assortment of balloons for my dad’s 80th birthday and they did an excellent job. Over the years we have ordered balloons for parties and they have always done great work. They have a large variety of balloon arrangements to choose from for whatever you may need.
We recently had a party for two of our girls and we ended up renting chairs from them. The price was a little more than some other vendors we found, but it was well worth it. Their customer service alone made it a great experience. They were very helpful when my wife returned the chairs and everything went about flawlessly.
Two thumbs to Balloon Factory. Keep up the good work!

EXCELLENT WORK! As a principal at an intermediate school, I have used the Balloon Factory every year for the past few years to add pizzazz and flair to our promotion ceremonies. They have NEVER disappointed! I highly recommend them; very prompt, professional, and caring!

The owners and workers were very nice and helpful with getting my helium tank refilled for church. The only reason for one star off is the hours on the weekend could be better.
