Only one star because there are no 0 stars. Reptionest was rude to my wife, explaining in great detail how our insurance did not pay them as much as they charged. Like we should feel bad and pay the difference, or our insurance co is lousy so we are to blame? I was written a script for bi vocals but guess what, I never got the bi focal part of the exam. How do u write a script without a full exam? I called back and they told me to come back in for the bifocal part of the exam. It took all of one minute! So he guessed at my bifocal numbers and when I expressed concern, tried to placate me by pretending to give me the bifocal part. Very unprofessional and I am not satisfied! So now I’m supposed to spend hundreds of dollars on glasses not knowing if the script is correct? And I can’t get my insurance to pay for another exam because these people used my benifits. Go ANYWHERE else but here!
