I’ve been here a few times because I had a hefty half gift card and was never thrilled with my services. First I had a basic deep tissue massage which was nice, I believe it included an aromatherapy oil for the foot massage too. She worked out my knots and it felt nice.
Second, I was pregnant and made an appointment for a pregnancy massage (around 8 months preggo). The girl asked what I wanted and I had to tell her I was pregnant and wanted a pregnancy massage. Hello? wasn’t it obvious. There was a lack of communication there.
Recently I finished my gift card receiving a microderm for myself and my sister, both of our first time. When we arrived the doc who does these procedures didn’t know he had 2 services to do (it was for 4:30) and seemed a little ticked off about that. He came in and out, and seemed to rush through it. The microderm did absolutely nothing to my skin or my sister’s skin. we had the oxygenation serum, at the doc’s recommendation, and I did not notice anything from that as well. We left with greasy, oily skin that had serum all over it and was so uncomfortable that I came home and washed my face to get it off.
Now that my gift card is all gone, I will go some where else for my spa experiences
