We bought our house based on the roof certification provided by Wasson Roofing. They claimed the roof was «in satisfactory condition with no evidence of leaks.» Not even close. We had to call them out several times for each of the two years of the certification’s warranty and they never did stop the leaks all over our house. With this last big rain storm the ceiling and walls were gushing with water.
