Beer selection great. Prices ok, but the service Horiible !!! Been going for over a year and half, this is the closest beer distribution store to me. Every time, And I mean every time !!! I feel like I have done something wrong, as if I’m trying to steal it. Steal it by standing inline … Playing for it … Then walking out. They have refused to take my id (at a point it was out of state) then after getting a in state I’d she always needs a second opinion. Im well of age. Told me one time I was buying to much … That they couldn’t sell .And after today’s issue I may never go back. My card was not scanning I said I would run to my car to grab another … The beer attendees snacked up the beer from me. Making scene. As I walked back in the woman so rudely said … Ohhhhh you back … (where was I going insure was not trying to steal 28 $ worth of beer) I’m sorry… this is just bad service .im done with them and there long lines.

Very good to excellent craft beer selection for Lancaster County. Pleasant and (usually) very knowledgeable staff. Plenty of local and regional brewers represented. You can also get your InBev and Miller-​Coors here if that’s your thing… and lotto tickets, cigarettes, sodas, etc.
Their «schtick» is that they will carry the case of beer you just bought out to your car, despite any vocal and/​or repeated protestations you may make. Just go with it.
Prices are fair. Place is clean and well organized. They will help you if you have questions. They have a «beer sheet» listing the prices that is hanging on one of the poles, but you can also ask.
You might see some familiar faces that are time-​to-​time featured on News 8 when the PA Lottery jackpot gets big. Been coming here intermittently to buy craft beer for the past four years. They stock a lot quality beers and occasionally some hard to find ones. But, if you’re searching for the rarer stuff, you’re going to have to travel outside of Lancaster County. They don’t make the laws; they do play by them.

I needed some beer and this place was close by so I decided to check it out.
The selection was great, all the normal macrobrew and a hefty collection of micros and craft brews. The woman who was at the register and I assume was the manager of the place (though I could be wrong) was also very helpful, and had one of the employees bring my case out to my car despite the fact that I’m a gigantic young guy who doesn’t need any help. The prices were pretty much exactly what I was expecting, so that was pretty nice too.
All in all I would definitely go back to Wheatland, definitely a better selection than the other distributors in the area.
