Large selection of plants and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Similar businesses in the area seem to focus solely on ornamental landscaping plants, but I’ve been quite pleased with the quality of the «edible» stuff here.
Our favorite at the moment is a large avocado tree, but we’ve also purchased a «citrus salad» tree, blueberry bushes, etc. here.
Tip: They are closed on Sundays, so be sure to plan your plant-​shopping accordingly :)

I’m new to Florida and recently purchased a home that is in need of some plants and trees. Having NO CLUE I stopped in at The Greenery to price some Queen Palms that I thought would look great in front of my new home. I was quickly greeted by a handsome young man with his hand outreached to shake mine and he introduced himself as «RYAN». It was nearing the end of the day but he took a great deal of time showing me different options for the areas that I wanted to plant and was careful to explain all of the pros and cons of my favorites. I work in a medical field where we put a HUGE emphasis on customer service and I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in years. It was a joy to shop at the Greenery. Ryan referred me to a landscaper who would design and implement my ideas reasonably within the constraints of my budget. The landscaper happened to be his father! Well, I’ll certainly never buy a plant for my yard from anyone other than The Greenery! Stop in and make sure you ask for Ryan!
