They say when you find «the one,» you just know. For my husband and I, that was certainly true but we never expected to have that same experience when it came to selecting our wedding photographer (s)! After scouring the Internet searching for images of the perfect location for a New Jersey engagement photo shoot we quickly realized an underlying trend: most all of the photos I loved had been taken by POPography at various locations throughout New Jersey!
Within just a couple of days of discovering POPography, I’d spoken to Leaha over the phone, gushing about my then fiancé and our upcoming wedding, and we’d scheduled an engagement shoot on the beach in Atlantic City.
Once it came time for our engagement shoot, we knew we’d made the best possible decision by hiring Leaha and Jeff. These two are not only incredibly talented, creative individuals – they are also tons of fun! This confident couple exudes a fierceness that really puts you at ease when you are in their hands. I can not say enough about POPography and the amazing work that Leaha and her husband Jeff produce! I was lucky enough to come across Popography from photos that a friend posted on Facebook. One look at their website and I knew that they were the team for us. Not only are their photographs absolutely stunning but they themselves are fantastic. Although I never planned on doing an engagement session, Leaha explained that it is a great opportunity to meet before the wedding and get comfortable in front of the camera. She was right– by the day of the wedding we felt so comfortable, like we were hanging with old friends. Our bridal party could not get enough of Leaha and Jeff. I wish that you could give more than 5 stars, because if I could, I would give them 1,000,000! Leaha and Jeff are truly masters at their trade in photography. My wife and I immediately knew that we made the right decision when we met them at our engagement shoot. Both Leaha and Jeff truly and genuinely make you feel like friends throughout the entire process. From the very beginning until the end of the wedding night, they were with us each step of the way!
Aside from them being awesome people, their talent is unmatched. Our pictures came out better than anything we could have even imagined. We have seen lots of wedding photos of other friends and family, and they dont even compare to what Leaha and Jeff put together for us. Hands down, best wedding photographers in the Tri-​State area, dare I say country. If you are looking for a wedding or even just a special events photographer, look no more. You have found the ABSOLUTE best!
I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it at this: Leaha and Jeff of Popography are hands down the best. From the fun, creative, and friendly atmosphere they create, to their raw and natural talent. You will not be disappointed. They made the wedding planning process exponentially easier. We are looking forward to hanging out and getting drinks with them in the future. Where do I even begin to describe how blissfully happy Leaha and Jeff made us with their fabulous work for our wedding! They each are truly fabulous photographers, they captured our wedding so beautifully in a way we couldn’t have even imagined! Their gifted artistry is one of a kind! It doesn’t matter where you’re at, they will come to you! They may be in NJ, but it didn’t stop them from coming to San Diego, CA for our big day! We wouldn’t have had it any other way! They helped us in so many ways, from providing a timeline, support and interference the day of like no other. We just trusted in them and the day was flawless! Let me just say that with Leaha, you don’t need to worry about that stuff. She has the best equipment, and so much experience with these events… along with her beyond amazing gift for photography, you will absolutely get your money’s worth.
