This guy is really just mean and rude. I would not recommend ever giving him any business. My wife and I were driving with our baby asleep in the back seat to New York from Jersey. We needed to pull over to make some adjustments, getting baby food out and things like that. We pulled off the highway and looked for a place to stop. After making a few wrong turns, we saw the ice factory and pulled into its parking lot. We were in a hurry and we were about to leave after no more than 3 – 4 minutes when the owner comes aggressively walking out towards our car & gestures for my wife to open the door. My wife opened the drivers side door and says hi. He gruffly asked us if we are going to buy ice. I explain we just had to pull over for a second and were about to leave. He then very angrily says that if we are not buying ice we are trespassing and violently slams my wife’s door on her while she was still holding onto it and storms back into the building. She was pretty shook up when she drove away. We didn’t want to escalate the situation, so we just left. But really, I would not judge him to be anyone to do business with. He has serious anger issues and should get therapy. As far as his skills dealing with the public he does not have any. Maybe I was not buying ice now, but clearly I know what his store is and if he was not so rude, and even violent the way he slammed my wife’s door on her, I may have looked him up if I ever needed some. As far as my trespassing, I am certain he himself has pulled into some parking lot when he needed to stop. We also thought that we had pulled up to a store & were thinking of buying a beverage for the road, so he could have gotten some business from us. Can you imagine a MacDonalds manager coming out and yelling at you if you pulled into his lot and where not intending to buy a Big Mac?

This guy specializes in one thing and that’s Ice. Which seems like a straight forward product until you see some of the things he can get ordered for you. After seeing various ice bars and ice sculptures in his catalog, he seems like more of a broker for Mr. Freeze then a mild mannered ice man. Seriously you can get rock bottom prices for ice he’s cheaper than buying quantities in 8lb bags. He also deals with dry ice and ice luges, which is awesome. 70 for an ice luge may seem steep but these are really nice and impressive which gives them a thumb up in my book. On another note, this guy uses solar energy to make all of his ice, which is awesome.
