They spent time with me to help me understand what was covered through my insurance. It took them awhile to get back to me but at least they seemed to care a lot more about my health then many other places I have been. I will definitely go back, I prefer to take my time when it come to making choice about my health.

Called and they seamed like they knew what they were doing, gave Med. info and then went to the store on Monday, had to take info again and would call within 2 to 3 days, NO Call after a week, called back and got disconnected, tried to call back and line busy, then called again and left contact information, again NO return call ! Their Service is the worst ! Going to purchase a Walker someplace else ! Cane & Able is the WORST !!

I wish I could give Cane and Able(-) 3 stars and that is because over 6 weeks ago our therapist for our handicapped son placed an order for a commode for him, they were given all insurance info the prescription from the doctor and we were told via the therapist they said within a week it would be here. So after 3 phone calls(we’ll have someone get back to you) and no one ever did, we checked the medicare website and discovered our local pharmacy(Rite Aid) had them in stock and within a HOUR we had it. There is no excuse for a medical equipment company would act in such a manner when people are counting on them and believe me we will let everyone we know within our circle of fellow handicapped people know top steer clear of these people… UGH !!!
