I would recommend Flex Force to anyone who is looking to make a positive change in their life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, become stronger, or you want to feel like you are a part of something, Flex Force is the place for you.
Working out with Katey at Flex Force has inspired me to become a better me. I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin than after training with Flex Force. Katey pushes me to go farther than I ever thought I could, whether it be a new work out I have never done before or lifting heavier than I would have done on my own and much more.
Katey not only trains you in the gym but also teaches you how to reach your goal while you’re at home. The amount of support from Katey and the rest of Flex Force is endless. Joining Flex Force is like joining a family. We all have such different personalities and I love every minute of it. We work together to push each other to reach our goals. We inspire each other every time we walk into Flex Force.

Katey is seriously an amazing personal trainer with so much passion into what she does. I have tried every gym, every work out and other personal trainers, all of which never got me wanting to commit to them. As we get older our metabolism starts to slow down and I wasn’t in as great of shape as I used to be, until Katey. It’s been about a month with her and I can see and feel the changes I’ve made working with her. You can tell she genuinely wants to help each and every one of her clients personally. I never feel as though I’m being ignored and my questions are always answered. She is so knowledgable in what she does and is sure to have you leaving satisfied and sweaty from a 1hour workout. I honestly do not have any negative comments to say about her, she’s great at what she does and that’s all there is to it.
