Stopped by to buy a pair of floor standing home audio speakers. The display didn’t work. Two sales people spent 10 min trying to figure it out. When they couldn’t, they just walked away and left me there. Completely frustrated I left and decided to try another store. However on my way home I decided to call the manager and make sure they were aware the non functioning display created a lackluster sales experience. The manager was just as callous as the sales people. I’d stay away from this store. Best Buy is just across the way.

Came in for a good deal on a smart T.V.($ 488 for 55″ LED smart tv). However, was very disappointed with the customer service and night manager. First, I was made to wait 15 mins for the manager to even come over to approve the deal(was an online price), then I complained about the wait and lack of priority my husband and I were given, and at no time was an apology made for us having to wait. Definitely need to improve the customer service skills among the staff, specifically expected more from management level. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for my entertainment and home appliance needs !

Very good experience! The sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful. I received an email after making my initial purchase that there was a special sale that could only be obtained online. I called them to see if i was eligible for a price adjustment and the manager did it for me, no questions asked! This resulted in $ 400 plus in savings! This store cares about the consumer!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a table a week ago and was told to wait for a phone call for pick up. I end up calling them to see whats going on and then they tell me the table has been discontinued. The manager says I can have the floor model for $ 50 off. I had already been charged on my credit card for the full amount. The floor model had scratches and I quickly declined that offer. I am now waiting for my full refund on my credit card statement. I wonder how long it would have been for someone to inform me that my table was never coming… I of course had been charged a week ago for something that I would have never been able to pick up. I was planning on buying a mattress here also because I recently moved. However, I am now never coming back. It was a horrible customer service experience. Not once did I get an apology. Associates were very dismissive. Very disappointed with my service. I don’t even want to give the one star. If you can go somewhere else, do it. There are plenty of other appliance/furniture stores in the area that are much more helpful.

we here yesterday just as they were supposed to open, instead two staff(?) forced the auto doors open to come outside to have a cigarette, when I attempted to enter I was told«we’re not open until 10 am «looking at the clock in the store, the watch on my wrist and the watch on the lady’s arm all clearly showed 10:05am, so they were more interested In having a cigarette than selling a piece of gear, this was the first and last time going here, they were rude and self-absorbed !

I recently purchased a washer/dryer from this store. When they delivered it they informed that I had to buy a stacking kit, and portable vent and get the dryer outlet moved to the other side of the wall. I called the customer service line listed on the invoice several times and every time I was on hold for more than 10 mins because of «high call volume». I finally went into the store and the service there wasn’t much better. After being in the store for more than an hour working with a customer service rep and not getting anywhere, I decided to return everything. I was told that they would send someone out to pick up the washer/dryer on Tuesday and I should receive my refund 24 – 48 hours after that. It’s been more than a week, I haven’t received my refund and calls to customer service lines are still at least a 10 minute wait.

Can’t explain in words how awful my shopping experience was at this Store. They didn’t have much of a selection and variety to choose from. I asked multiple associates basic questions about a few different products and they had no answers at all and then relied with«sorry» and walked away like they couldn’t find an educated associate to help with with some of my Basic questions. Horrible customer service and the store was so dirty and everything was dusty. They had one cashier with about 6 or 7 customers in line for about 20 minutes before another employee finally showed up. Unbelievable service, I highly recommend everyone to AVOID this store so you can not have an experience like this or worst! Thank you!

The only reason I gave this place a 3 instead of a 4 star was because of the sales associate we used was not knowledgeable about the product. We’ve used HH Gregg in the past and have had wonderful experiences. We had problems with a microwave, and they no problem or questions asked replaced it for us. We also bought a blu ray player from here, and when we had trouble installing it, they helped. My experience Sunday however, makes me think a little differently about this company. We came in frantically looking for a new desktop computer(ours had died earlier in the day). It was Black Friday weekend, so we thought we could get a good deal. The sales clerk came over and mentioned that the only desktops he had were the 3 – 4 we were starring at. Then, across the store, other desktops caught my eye. I asked him about them. He ignored the fact that I had just caught him in a lie. We shopped around a bit, and finally settled on an HP computer. We asked if Microsoft Office was installed on there already. The salesman said he had no clue. We practically had to beg him to ask somebody. We found out it wasn’t, and we bought the Microsoft Office package separately. We asked about the online deals the web site had to offer, the salesman had no clue about them. He had to keep going back and forth between us and the manager. What should have been a 30 minute process ended up taking us almost 2 hours!!!

Great selection-and the TV prices were good. We can get Panasonic at wholesale prices, but with their buying power, the retail price they charge is only a few dollars more! We got a Toshiba 32″ set for $ 329…but had to return it because the sound quality was terrible. I miss Circuit City, which I always dealt with, Best Buy and WalMart I boycott, hate them and everything they stand for and NEVER buy anything from them. This place ain’t great but there is a good selection.
