Middletown Trace Apartments

Update: so the place is still beautiful. the people are still just as nice. I LOVE it here and today just reassured me how much I do and how great the people are here. There are things going on right now beyond my control and I went to the office and was greeted by faces who still knew exactly who I was and Karen… This women … Just wow! In the middle of another client she stopped to asked me why I was so sad and was the most supportive «stranger» she didn’t HAVE to stop and ask. And it was very sincere! I felt like I was talking to a girlfriend or a family member! The price may scare some people but goodness the quality and the people make it soooo worth it and I get to call this place home! Thanks Karen :) …
We literally just moved in… And the place is beautiful. Ita newly renovated/​upgraded. One of the few that has an upgrade of the existing upgrade! It’s absolutely gorgeous! We couldn’t be more thrilled. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I think they dropped the ball. We went to sign papers on Friday. Our move in day and when we went to so our walk through… The painter was still in there doing touch ups, I’m not sure why you’re still in there. Our town home should be ready for move in. Nothing should be broken everything should have been done. We did our walk through and we ended up ruining clothes because of the wet paint, all of our closet doors have to be adjusted, the walk on closet has to be scraped and painted… And The walk in closet light wouldn’t turn off. Oh and gfi outlet in the bathroom was installed. Little things and quick things that aren’t a big deal but we are moving in and people are in and out with us. In my opinion… And hopefully they see this and will take on consideration. A pre walk through to make sure EVERYTHING is ready and good should be done before a tenant walk through is done. But other than that so happy to have a new home and a beautiful one at that surrounded but extremely friendly people who are very welcoming and such a great staff.

If I had space to write a novel about Middletown Trace, it wouldn’t be enough.
We are new residents and don’t plan to ever leave. The office and maintenance staff are outstanding; caring, attentive and all-​around nice. Any call to the office is answered immediately, any request for maintenance is responded to immediately.
The grounds are impeccable, including the pool and «club house». The neighbors seem to really take care of their living space, including the areas in front of their apartments/​townhouses, and the location couldn’t be better.
