So, I purchased a foundation a week ago that was $ 43 and went to return it. In exchange i was purchasing another foundation which was cheaper at $ 35, and the stilla eyeliner which was $ 22. The cashier failed to give me money back from the foundation i returned and charged me $ 57. I went back confused and tried to solve the problem and the manager was very rude to me, I think her name was April. She ended up giving me $ 14 back saying thats what i was supposed to get back and to me it still didn’t add up. I ended up having to go back a third time to sephora with my parents. I wasn’t sure if they were taking advantage of me or they were just dumb. They ripped me off for $ 46. Finally after consulting with the manager again who was still being stuck up, thought she was right and kept repeating her self in a rude tone, she finally realized she was wrong. After getting my money back she offered nothing for my inconvience and when i said thank you she didn’t even reply with«youre welcome, im sorry for the inconvience, have a nice day.» She said nothing. I was very dissappointed with the service i recieved that day. I never recieved such bad service in my life. How can someone be a manager that doesn’t even know basic math or how to treat customers. I do not ever wanna go back to that sephora again as long as she is working there.

Im going to tell you why this is one of the best Sephora locations in this area. In 3 words: Has. Bobbi. Brown. What more can you ask for? Not the largest store compared to others in the area but they have EVERYTHING. The staff is always the most helpful too.
