Signature Day Spa

Really disappointed in the selection on nail polishes here. Hardly any OPI, no Essi, and every other brand is some cheap brand. Wish I had quality polish, it all looks old here. Technicians don’t make much convo and when they ask if I want a spa pedi, they don’t care to elaborate on the service.

Horrible! Avoid at all cost! First I always show a picture to them and ask if they can do it. Well Julie claimed she can, and even though I wanted regular nail polish she kept insisting on gel. So eventually I said sure why not? The gems may hold on longer. Well the end results looked nothing like the pic. The picture had white fading into pink and instead she topped it with a French white manicure which had a bold white line and silver over the whole nail. It look nothing like the pic. Then she insisted, «oh! That’s highlights! You can only do it with regular nail polish»! So why insist on gel?! Then she claimed she didn’t have the sponge to fade the white. So why state you can replicate the pic? Just give your customer the news up front! Well I was charged 30.00 and walked out with just pink nail polish on my nail. (I had her remove the gel and just put plain pink nail polish because I wasn’t amused and upset.) Oh by the way, the same manicure actually costs 12.00. Yup they ripped me off.
So today I went back to complain about the price and the manager, a woman not the guy, didn’t even hear me out. She offered to have someone else do it, but they can’t do the design and refused to refund me any money because apparently Julie used a powder on my nail which is why the price was 30.00. It still makes no sense because I was quoted 36.00 for nail polish, design, gems. So it still should be less if we removed the price of design and gems since I walked out with the powder and plain pink nail polish. But the manager wouldn’t budge on price bracket, no one could replicate it, and had nothing to say to Julie on the whole situation. They had me leave and had nothing to say, not even an apology for the whole situation. Great customer service *sarcasm*.

This place is okay if your around the mall. Little bit over priced for gels. One of my nails was messed up and the lady just kept putting more gel to even it out, she should of took everything off and started fresh. I think it depends who you get. The owner is really nice guy and helpful.

I am only giving two stars for the woman who did my 4 year olds toenails. She was fantastic. My experience on the other hand was AWFUL. The women was rude from the beginning and cut me twice during my pedicure. She then proceeded to use the nail buffer and nail file on me while I was still actively bleeding. I thought maybe she would throw away those items, but she didn’t. They went right back in her basket. DISGUSTING we will NEVER go back.

I have been coming here for many years. They are just inside of the mall, right next to Macy’s (if you’re trying to decide where to park). Prior to finding Signature, I tried many, MANY different nail salons. I am very particular and like my nails short. I have had gel manicures, pedicures, and pink and white gel sets here, and have been happy with all. Prices are competitive and the staff is very friendly. I only go to Sophie — she is the best!

Brought my 4 yet daughter here. They are so nice and accommodating .we did not wait. Color lasted 4 2 weeks on my daughter.

I recently got a Brazilian wax here. The woman who did the wax was extremely friendly and personable, but the wax job was shoddy at best. The whole thing took probably 45 minutes which is much longer than its taken at other places in the past, but I was okay with that because I figured she was being very thorough. I was wrong, I got home and looked and she missed many spots. I am extremely irritated because it looks terribly uneven. Instead of waxing in some places she just trimmed, which I have never had happen before. I have also broken out like crazy which hasn’t happened before. I definitely will not be going back, and I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently got a shellac manicure at this salon. The girl was very careful and did a good job with the polish but insisted on using an electric file on my natural nails. It completely negates the reason I paid extra for the shellac to protect my nails!
The spa was also quite dirty and the nail implements she was using looked like they needed to be cleaned/​sterilized.

Great place! I always get my nails done here! They are friendly and accommodate my disability!!!

Came here for a quick gel polish manicure — they did it so quickly and at such a reasonable price! $ 25 («lower» quality polish) vs $ 30 (higher quality gel polish supposed to be less harmful for the nail). She took time to carefully trim my cuticles but there are some minor details missed in the manicure — not complaining though bc of the great price and speed!

I went here yesterday with my sister to get pedicures. Normally we go to a place by our house but we wanted to go shopping so we thought we would give this place a try. They took us in right away and got started on our toes. They were very nice and did a great job! Now I’m not embarrassed to walk around in flip flops! I will definitely go here again!

This place is great-​the services are well executed no matter who you are assigned, the choices are up to date and, most importantly-​it is clean! Love the pedicures. They aim to please and all the ladies do a great job. Prices are reasonable too. Large, attractive salon. Only reason I left a star off is that communication could be better… but that’s true in almost every nail salon around I guess. It should really get 4 and ½!!! Give them a try.

I’ve been here several time. I’ve been pleased with my gel manicure each time. My daughter usually gets nail extensions and I have to say this is the only place that understands all her crazy styles (ahhh teens and their claw nails & 3D art… lol). Pedicure are pretty nice too.

Awesome price and the girl who did my nails paid such attention to detail! One of the best mani pedi’s I’ve ever had!
