This CVS is the best ever! Great customer service. Rozi and staff are wonderful. My family and I have been using the pharmacy for years and they greet us by name and are all very friendly.

Just pay attention to the other reviewers before you bring your rx here!!! Lazy, lazy, on top of more lazy. No communication. 1 person says 2 hours, I wait 3 to give them extra time, call back, now they say nothing’s been done to wait 2 more hours. Excuse me??? What exactly are you running here? I asked for a manager and Jennifer came on who claims she was in charge after I complained to her and explained the situation, she said 20 minutes. The Upper Marlboro branch is no different!!! Beware!

Nothing ever seems to get done, a prescription never gets filled in a timely manner, medications gets lost or never filled, it’s always something they get wrong. Definitely thinking about making a switch, ASAP.

THEIRPHARMACYPLACEDMYHEALTH/LIFE ATRISK! I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out on Feb. 11th and went right after the procedure to fill my prescriptions for antibiotics and painkillers. NEITHER of my two prescriptions came with complete information pamphlets. I had to go online and research my medication to get full information regarding warnings, side effects, interactions, etc. WHATKINDOFPHARMACYGIVESPARTIALPHARMACEUTICALINFORMATION? One that I will never return to, for certain. Immediately after realizing this, I called the pharmacy and spoke to a woman who works in pharmacy who gave me a bogus excuse about the missing information. She instructed me to call their Grievance Line, which I did, and a woman took my information for the regional manager to contact me. He(Alan T.) called 2 days later(meaning 2 days after I’m already taking the medicine 3 – 4 times per day) to offer me a bogus solution. He said a woman who works in the pharmacy will call me to get my information to MAIL me the missing pamphlet information. It is now. Feb. 16th, FIVE days after my surgery, and I’ve heard nothing more from CVS. So not only did they distribute to me two prescriptions without the proper pertinent information, but they wasted my time on THREE phone conversations with the store then with the grievance line then with the regional manager(which were all VERY painful, considering I just had 4 teeth extracted) for a solution on which they didn’t even follow through! I am disgusted and livid and will NEVER fill a prescription with this CVS location(and likely any CVS location if I can help it) again.

I don’t know what it is about CVS drugstores but they have got to be the worst experience I ever have trying to pick up common items. This one is in a strip center and is a little neater than most(most look like a rummage sale). But it’s still not easy to find the stuff you want. Although, thankfully, the pharmacist knew where the cough drops were in this store. When I went to the check out line there was one guy in front of me but no one behind the counter. Eventually(about 3 to 5 minutes later) someone came up to help check people out. Whatever it was the guy in front of me had didn’t «scan» so the check out person sent him back to get another item to see if the bar code would scan properly. Really! There was no way for this person to override the bar code to put the price of the item in??? Then it was my turn. Finally! Two small items and the check out person started fumbling with the plastic bags. «No. I don’t need a bag. Thank you.» What I was hoping was a quick in and out took 20 minutes. No thanks. I’ll go tot he grocery store from now on to get what I need. PS…The online service from CVS is great. They send what you want at a reasonable price and add little samples of similar items in the box.
