Beware! Check the prices vs. other companies. What you can find in other places cost 3x as much at Modern Carpet One. Our floors were fabulous and we probably overpaid for them, but we were charged $ 60.00 for a $ 14.00 box of grout. We did get a refund and the people were nice, but their prices are much higher. Do yourself a favor and do your homework first. Be an educated consumer. Found the same tile for $ 20.00 less per sf. If owners are not in, they have uninformed people to babysit the store who can’t make any transactions??? Go figure?

The gentleman who helped me select flooring was great (Harving). Once we ordered flooring and set up installation, the installers arrived at the time they said they would, did a thorough and professional job, and cleaned up the space they worked in.
Will definitely use their services again.
