Pizza Hut

Probably the worse pizza hut I had ever been to.
Well the only reason I stopped here was because my daughter wanted pizza on the way home from Virginia. This seemed like a good place since she absolutely had to have Pizza Hut. When we got in around 11:15 there was no one in there so I thought it meant we would get some great service or st least fast service. By 12 we still had no pizza and no refills of our drinks. Couldn’t even get all of our drinks to begin with because they forgot one of our sodas. After checking on it they finally brought out our extremely specialized pizza with only pepperoni as a topping.
So after all this time had passed by one would think we would have the best pizza ever. LOL not even close. It come out at room temperature. Clearly it had been done for some time and sat there for a while. So after finishing our meal we again had to wait another 25 min to get the bill. Tank goodness I do not have to go back to this pizaa hut ever again.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too… waited more then an hour just for 1 pizza never knew it could take so long!!!

I called in my order while stuck in traffic, thinking my pizza was gonna be ready for me just to pick up. So I get there 30 or so minutes later, being told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. My pizza had not been made. I’m still sitting here waiting for a cheese pizza and it’s now been 40 minutes. Never going back to this pizza hut. It’s the worst! If I could I would give them a negative 5.

I usually don’t bother rating fast food chains; however, I feel the need to say something about my experience. I ordered a specialty pizza with extra cheese and paid extra for the topping plus wings. I was called shortly after ordering by the manager (im guessing) and was asked if I ordered the food and if I knew where the restaurant was located. I thought that was strange. My food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes or so. I gave it 30 minutes and showed up to pick up my order. I waited around for about 10 minutes. The girl at the counter handed me the box and was about to walk away. I was about to say I’m missing $ 16 worth of wings when she caught it. It took another 15 minutes for me to get the wings. Thats a total of one hour to get a pick up order and the place was essentially dead. When I looked at the pizza before leaving, I pointed out that I paid for extra cheese and it appears that a regular amount of cheese was used (if that much). The old guy at the counter said «that is extra cheese… cheese melts.» Wtf is that supposed to mean? Like I don’t know that cheese melts. I began to say «now you wait just a minute» and I stopped myself. It wasn’t worth the fight. He closed the box and then handed me the food. Completely dismissing the fact that I wasn’t satisfied with my order. I won’t be returning. I hate when employees treat customers like they’re insignificant. We essentially pay your salaries.

This is crazy, we’re waiting longer than 20 minutes for our pizza & our order is taking longer than a dine-​in party that came in after we ordered. We have our son with us & the guy up front tells us their policy is to put dine-​in customers’ items in first… get your customer service together people.

i waited for about 15 minutes while the three employees chatted in the counter. happened on 8÷6÷15 around 5 Pm. no one greeted any of the customers including me. just a bunch of unwelcoming staff. when my order was ready (or was it???) i had to ask for the soda, consiments and bread stix which i ordered. when i got home, no napkins or fork were in the bag. these people need training about customer service

I will start by saying Pizza Hut has ALWAYS been my favorite pizza joint no matter how cheap everyone else gets. In a small town called Waynesboro Georgia there will only be one shop that stands out and it was definitely the hut! Thank you Pizza Hut in Waynesboro Georgia for making my childhood awesome!
I really wish I didn’t even have to give a star because I wouldn’t!
By choice I only order from Pizza Hut. My roommate doesn’t even eat Pizza Hut but that’s a sacrifice we share as roommates.
First time I ordered they were over 30 minutes late, no compensation for my wait just a good pizza.
I’ve placed my third order here today on my way from work thinking I would be fine. I was wrong. Here I am after work all day and it’s after 8. My order was placed online at 655 and my estimated time of arrival was 745. That’s already 50 minutes. I call at 8:06.over 20 minutes after delivery time. Of course I ask what compensation I would be receiving for their mistake so she then puts the manager on the phone so she can try for an excuse so she tells me the delivery driver had just returned and won’t be able to do his job for another 20 or 30 minutes along with the fact that there was a 2 hour wait. Unacceptable so I canceled my order.
Your «manager» blamed the online system and process. Communication is key so if the complaints rain in maybe things will change. I hope so for the sake of me and my kids who also love the hut!
I will not order from this Pizza Hut again and probably never again because my residence is no longer temporary. Thank you for not being on time and coming through in my time of need Pizza Hut! I blame the whole organization for allowing such unmotivated individuals to work and serve their millions upon millions of customers.

The pizza was filling but not tasty. They need to vamp up the tang of their sauce. Service was excellent!
The woman’s bathroom was much to be desired. The toilet didn’t flush right and the soap dispenser was dirty. There were also no seat covers.
Nice quiet place to meet someone during the week.

First off, after a long day of traveling, we got to our hotel to decide what to order. After choosing to order Pizza Hut and deciding which was closer to our hotel, we called the restaurant to order. And even though it was a Thursday night and was still 20 minutes until ten and we called 3 times, the phone rang and rang and rang… Apparently, closing time of 10 ACTUALLY means they close at 9:30… A bad way to do business, if you ask me. So… No stars because I can’t get them on the phone to taste their food, but have to choose at least one star or Unilocal won’t let me post this!

I’m not entirely sure what to say about these folks. Not only was my pizza ready 20 minutes later than it was supposed to be, they gave me ranch sauce with my Chocolate Dunkers instead of Chocolate sauce. :-/

First of all the area isn’t sketchy Shanea, I live down the street in front of it and it’s a quite area. But about the pizzas, they are good but the chicken wings now those are tasty. I can never eat pizza without them. The breadsticks are decent considering I don’t really like breadsticks. And the service is rocky at best. I’ve had several experiences when they tell me 15 – 20 minutes but it’s more like an hour, if they are packed don’t tell me 15minutes and sometimes they aren’t packed so it’s weird. Then waiters arent friendly as you expect they seem bored and show up to your table every 20 minutes. The service is the only reason this place gets 3 stars. Otherwise it’s a 4
