I visited this store on yesterday for help with my phone. I don’t care for this location, but I live near the store. After the sales spill, I finally asked for a supervisor. The rep. said, «he’s going to tell you the same thing». I said«he knows more, that’s why he’s the supervisor». After he kept suggesting to wipe clean my phone…, I finally got him to fix the problem. I usually get assistance over the phone because the in-store customer service is the worst and they’re there to sell, not help. Either you’re waiting in line forever or you end up with a rep who doesn’t have a clue on what great customer service is. Hopefully a supervisor will read reviews and make a change. I gave 1 star because the supervisor finally helped, but I refuse to visit this store again.

The store wasn’t as crowded I was able to sign in right away. The customers looked burnt out from waiting. There were a lot of Verizon support people standing around and ducking customers by going to the back. They did have a nice music playlist…

Great connectivity, if it’s working. If you need customer service, be prepared to be thrown into a huge pit of confusion and despair. I thought Comcast was the lowest in service you can go. Not so! More to follow.
