All About Catering

Ordered from All About Catering after hearing from a friend that their food was delicious, service, their service was courteous and professional and their rates were reasonable. Well my friend was correct. I ordered items from their extensive and diverse menu and was very pleased with the quality, taste, serving amounts and presentations of each of the items. The Roast Eye Round in Au Jus was perfectly prepared, the meat tender and the Au Jus seasoned to perfection. The Chicken Marsala was equally delicious as was the Shrimp Scampi with Penne. The Shrimp were extra large sized and plentiful in the perfectly cooked and seasoned Penne Pasta. The Roasted Vegetables in Olive Oil were simply delicious and the variety of the vegetables was well balanced. I can’t say enough about the Pumpkin Ravioli in Brown Sugar Sauce… the amount of sweetness in the creamy sauce was perfect and the Ravioli dough was cooked to just the correct amount of doneness, not mushy, just a bit al dente. The service that I received was helpful and professional. The staff was friendly. Will definitely be using their Catering services again in the future. Thumbs up !!!
