Stopped in to upgrade my phone and add a line. Cell phone plans are always confusing to me, but Mik’s customer service was excellent and he was very patient and helpful. This seems to be a quieter store than some of the other AT&T stores, so this will be my go-​to AT&T store location, if I ever need anything.

Lansdale, PA
Upgraded my phone this week. Mik was our salesman and he was excellent. I often feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable when upgrading phones but not with Mik. He never talked down to me or made feel stupid. I was able to ask questions and he took the time to answer no matter how stupid the question may have seemed to him. A bonus was that my phone arrived much faster then promised.
