Cowpath Pediatrics was recommended to me by a trusted friend(who also happens to be a medical professional) and I’m so glad of we took her advice and chose them to be our kids pediatricians. They are attentive, gentle with my two kids(6 years and 19 months as of this writing), and are always willing to sit and answer questions. Their explanations are not dumbed down but still easy for the layperson to understand. Their support staff is fantastic; friendly and knowledgable. I’ve never had to wait for a sick appointment and they open up their well visit calendar much earlier than other peds we’ve been to. They also don’t leave you sitting in the waiting room for an obnoxious amount of time, and while you are waiting there, there are plenty of books and toys for the kids. The NP and MD are kind, caring and patient with my children and never blow off my concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

My child is depressed, anxious, shaky, and exhausted and unable to function at school. She is unable to complete work, and cant sleep. I kept her home from school to let her calm down. I spoke to the school and teachers to try and figure out what is going on there and I took her to Cowpath pediatrics for a physical examination. The nurse practitioner examined her, recommended a series of blood tests, took some background, and recommend an evaluation by another specialist to see if she needed medication. And Yes. I requested a note for the school as is procedure. Oh– She wrote a note for the school alright. In her note to the school she wrote that my child is refusing to go to school-no mention of the current circumstances, no mention of my child’s emotional state. She wrote that she is under their care and that she would not enable the child’s refusal to go to school by giving her a doctors note. Seriously, What is this woman doing working with children. The school and teachers are working with us, the therapist and specialist are working with us. Cowpath is not. We won’t be back
