Worst «repair» service ever, if you can even call them that. So we had a dishwasher issue and since we didnt want to get a new one we thought the curcuits might have gone bad in our old one. We call these people and they send someone out. He tells us that its some main curcuit board and its gonna be 250. So we give it to him and expect him back in 2 – 3 days but its been 2 – 3 weeks now and no call or anything. They said they would come out twice now and its been a noshow every time, we called both times they say they will call back and never do. we called the store and they told us the guy THEY sent out didnt work for them. Very rude people overall. Horrendous business and we will never be using them again, hopefully we can atleast get our money back as we have already paid the man 250 for what exactly? Hopefully everyone looks at these reviews and never uses this place they dont deserve any money the way they treat customers.

Used this company several times because they were a vendor for my Home Warranty Company. They were absolutely terrible to work with. They do not return calls, they do not fix the issue correctly and I never want to use them again. They «fixed» my freezer, and 2 weeks later the whole freezer froze and all my food went bad. They did not fix the actual problem correctly, would not return my calls and my home warranty company ended up dropping them. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!
