Best sushi in Montgomery County, easy! The staff are SO attentive and courteous. The sushi is the freshest I’ve ever had and their special rolls are really creative and delicious. I’ve eaten here at least once a month since they’ve opened and I’ve never had anything I didn’t love. Try the Fuji Morning appetizer and the Ninja Turtle Roll. I dream about them.

Very nice restaurant. Servers are courteous. Expect a hand towel to wash your hands prior to eating. Food was ridiculously good!

I don’t even know where to start. the minute you walk in, you are warmly greeted. The menu is extensive. The food is impeccable. The sashimi is so fresh. The sushi chef is amazing and makes your plate irresistible to look at as well as to eat. They treat you so well here and it’s been my go to sushi place now for a few months. They’re a minute walk from my work and so that makes lunchtime enjoyable. Please come here and try everything!

Izu Sushi is even better with new owners! The décor has been updated and the menu has been expanded. You walk in from a busy street and enter a relaxing, zen-like retreat. The food is fresher than ever, tastier than ever, and as reasonably priced as ever. Well done!

What a delightful find! My wife and I were wandering down Main Street in Lansdale and found this restaurant. We stuck our heads in and loved the décor and ambience so we stayed for dinner. The food, presentation, quantity, choice, and value are superb! We will definitely be back and I urge you to give this little gem a try.

Great food and service. They’re extremely friendly and accommodating to vegetarians. I loved the avocado and peanut roll as well as the sweet potato tempura. The bento box lunch is a great deal and can be made veg friendly.

Support Main Street Lansdale and visit Izu Sushi for a sit down meal. They also do take out, but treat yourself to a night out. The ambiance is relaxing and the service is excellent! One of my favorites things about Izu is that they have a lot of appetizers not available at other Japanese restaurants. The wonton soup has the most delicate yet hearty dumplings with fresh greens and a soothing broth. The pumpkin soup with lobster is flavorful and hearty. Favorite rolls include the Blue Crab roll, Tokyo Roll, and the New York Roll! We’re not big fans of «spicy» mayo, which is on a lot of the rolls, but we just ask for it without it. Go to Izu!

Me and my fiancé decided to try this new place since we got the menu in the mail. It was the best decision we made for takeout on a Friday night. The sushi is absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend the chicken teriyaki and chicken tempura. The food came in A quick manner for delivery and there were no complications in the order. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try exquisite Japanese cuisine.

So after ordering from here for our first time, we’ll definitely be back for more. We had ordered salad, miso soup, hibachi rice & noodles, 2 tuna rolls, a crunchy spicy shrimp tempura roll with spicy crab on top and a crunchy spicy tuna roll for spicy crab on top as well. I also had them add eel sauce on top of both rolls and they were AMAZING. The shrimp tempura roll was HUGE and filled me up so much I could barely finish the spicy tuna roll but it was so worth it. Convenient, close, very clean inside, friendly staff and tasty food gets my approval to come back again for sure!

At the risk of the Unilocal-police removing my review, I feel I must say what I am about to write: We were so looking forward to trying this place but as we walked in I could already smell rotting/dead fish, faintly, in the vestibule. When we opened the door I could not make it passed the hostess stand. The smell was just. not. good. A sushi place should NOT have any sort of a fishy odor. We walked out. Might try again but I am in no hurry.

I’m so happy to have a place that has quality sushi that delivers! I’ve never been to the restaurant, but after discovering they deliver, I’ve ordered two nights in a row. I’ve tried their Ninja Turtle roll, it’s delicious. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. It has tuna, yellowtail, tempura flakes, avocado, honey wasabi sauce and wasabi tobiko. The mix of the textures and different flavors creates one of the most delicious and interesting sushi rolls I’ve ever tried. I think that’s what I like the most about Izu Sushi, everything seems to have a very unique flavor. The ingredients are extremely fresh, and they’re used in interesting ways. I’ve also tried their Mango Tango roll. It’s my second favorite from the things I tried, it has spicy tuna, tempura flakes, cucumber, fresh mango and mango sauce. I like that it definitely has mango as the prominent ingredient. Mango is my favorite fruit, often when you order a roll with mango, it has the tiniest pieces that you can barely taste. This was a mix between sweet, tart and a hint of spicy. Fuji Morning Roll — it was a mix of spicy fish, masago, scallion, spicy mayo, eel sauce, sriracha and avocado. This was good. Not as spicy as you’d expect it to be. Nice flavor, nothing too crazy. Shrimp Tempura — messy roll, each piece fell apart. Flavor was good. Shumai — It was perfect consistency and flavor.

I have only been here for lunch and everything is just perfect to keep you smiling all through out your visit. The courteous hostess, the great tasting food and the quick service. I have always picked the lunch menu. The rolls come with a decent sized salad and a soup to begin your meal. It leaves you full and satisfied.

All the tools are fantastic. We ordered the Pink Underwear roll, Kanikazi, and Earthquake rolls. This is the second time eating here and it has been great both times.

I stop in this sushi place for lunch sometimes. The dragon roll is very yummy, definitely recomended. What sets this place apart for me is the fact that they serve cucumber infused water. The establishment is very clean. At Izu sushi you can expect a friendly and efficient staff.

Tried everything that looked cool and a house salad(very light portion but not the usual iceberg only serving). The Sea Urchin Shooter was awesome, very smooth and balanced between the urchin & duck egg. Tried the Specialty Rolls: Izu Roll — average taste, light on the King Crab, not worth the $$ Lobster Tempura — exactly what you’d expect, average flavor. Crazy Monkey — crazy good. The combo of salmon, shrimp, crab, eel, egg & cucumber wrapped in soy paper was very balanced. Sauce was ordinary and probably could be eliminated as it didn’t add flavor to the wonderfully roll. Finished with tuna & salmon sushi, kani & wasabi masago sashimi. Fish was fresh, sliced a bit too large for my liking(imagine that, complaining about too big a piece) but for me, too big = less than great mouthfeel.

Best sushi I’ve ever had! Everything tasted great, looked AMAZING, and service was on fleek. Definitely a must-go. We started with the Fuji roll that we got for free thanks to a Unilocal check-in coupon. Our waitress wasn’t even sassy about it so mad points right there. It was sooo good. Absolutely beautiful. «Mixed fish» was how it was described to us which sounded fishy(had to do it) before we learned it was just tuna and salmon. It was a warm roll too and crunchy — really great starter for the table. We also tried the lunch boxes from the lunch specials, which came with California rolls, your choice of protein, rice, dumplings, and a salad. Awesome deal for $ 9-$ 13. Loved the chicken teriyaki! Friends got the crunchy spicy salmon roll and the kiss of dragon roll, both of which looked incredible. Mad artistry. Our servers were really nice and attentive and even gave us quarters to park outside since we didn’t have any(who consistently carries change around now WHO). The place is BYO and seems pretty popular. I didn’t have a stomach ache after eating here so that’s good, means the fish wasn’t fishy. And finally my most favorite part of the experience — they had cucumber water!!! Love love love cucumber water, it’s just more refreshing than reg h2o. Definitely interested in returning!
