They had the problem fixed within 24hrs and completely restored my computer without any disruption to my hard drive. My computer runs better than ever … I can’t thank them enough! I will use them again and recommend them 100%!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business in my entire life. I took my computer here for a very simple issue (a broken fan), and the owner returned it several days later. Immediately after I booted it up, it broke down again, due to the same exact problem. I returned it to Outerphilly, and he promised me he would expedite my repair. The owner then proceeded to screen my telephone calls and dodge my emails for a full MONTH. I could not contact him at all. I eventually had to drive all the way from inner city up to Lansdale and interrupt the family’s dinner just to get a status on my repair. After that, the owner would pick up his phone when I would call from different numbers, but would never pick up when I would call from my cell phone. When the owner finally returned my computer a full month later, it immediately broke down again, due to the same exact issue I had taken it for repair in the first place.
When I eventually took my computer to a legitimate computer repair shop, they discovered why my computer kept breaking down after Outerphilly had returned it to me – he had never fixed it at all! Instead of replacing the fan, he had merely cleaned it, and then incorrectly replaced it back into the computer. But he had charged me for replacing it. He refused to give me a refund.
Outerphilly Computer Services is owned by the shadiest, most dishonest crook imaginable, and I strongly encourage anyone looking for a timely, honest repair on their computer to stay as far away from Outerphilly as possible.
