Pavilion Cleaners

I have a gorgeous, sentimental, expensive dress that was ruined during my recent moves unbeknownst to me. Something spilled and ruined my whole dress. I didn’t catch the stain right away so it had time to set. I took it to a few local cleaners and they all told me my dress was done. I did not want to give up on my dress! I went home and looked up reviews and decided to go with Pavilion Cleaners. They didn’t guarantee that they could fix my delicate dress, however, they offered to try.
When I picked up my dress the following week. it looked brand new! Better than the maintenance cleaning I had done to it 2 years prior with minor stains! Yes my dress took longer than I would have liked but the end result was worth it. Good work takes time!
The prices are reasonable. They are very friendly!
Also I was there today to drop off a nice peacoat to get a button fixed. She fixed it right there on the spot. She fixed a second button that was loose as well. Very happy with my patronage here.

if i could give them negative stars i would. Stuff was due Monday. went to get it they could find it, went tuesday when i needed for an event, still not there they were looking for it come back in hour, got it, they gave me a whole 8 off my 80.00 order. whoppie. get home and ½ the stuff was missing. told them, they said they thought they cuold keep the old shirt (they sewed stuff from one to another) i said no thats theft. went back and got it and reminded them it was theft. she laughed at me. then found out stuff was missing and they denied it wsa even there to begin with. Before we took stuff and waited 2 or 3 weeks to get it and they said we picked it up. kinda hard when your not in town to pick it up. NEVER ever NEVER NEVER EVER will i go there and neither should you! RUNNNNNNNNN
