Bad customer service and rude!!! Warning! DO NOT GO THERE! They ask customers to pay for the honey mustard. I’ve never been charged before. Also one rude employee did not know how to treat customers and how to calculate the change. I lost my appetite so I threw the chicken to the trash. I will never go there again.

I really like the food from Popeye’s, the spicy chicken, red beans & rice, and some hot biscuits … Mmmmm.
But they are always messing up my order, so make sure TO CHECK YOUR ORDER, and I’m not talking about a quick glance in the bag. Open up the boxes and make sure it’s correct.
About 3 or 4 times they’ve messed stuff up. Missing a side in my box, three piece with 3 wings (who does that?), or no biscuit. The first time it happened I was already at home and realized I didn’t get my biscuit, man that really sucks. So now, I make sure to look through everything because those boxes might not have what you ordered.
The food here is good, but I shouldn’t always have to double check my order to make sure someone did their job correctly, especially in the drive-​through when you usually just drive off.

This place is great! I have never had a bad experience here myself, neither with the quality of the food, or them messing up my order. We need more restaurants like this in an area like Lansdale.

This is what happened today. I saw the ad. saying that they were having 2 pc special for 3.99 I ordered 2 sets of that deal thinking that total would have been around $ 9 after tax. The guy at the window (I went drive thru) said the total which I couldnt understand because of their accent (they lookedlike from india or middle east) however I handed him $ 20 bill and in return I received $ 5 bill and some changes. I told him I wanted 2 sets of 2 pc special and he said «oh it is only for monday tuesday and wednesday.» I asked why he didnt inform me that I wasnt getting the special deal then I would have ordered something else instead of paying $ 15 for 4 pcs of lousy chicken. And the funnier thing was that on the receipt it said 2 pc mix combo special. Sure it was a special rip off. I would consider this as a donation or just a bad luck day but I would not want something like this to happen to anyone else. I would love to uoload the pic of the receipt but not allowed here. People like him should never be at the register doing business. I almost feel pity for him for having to do something like it to make money.

Bought food there 2 days ago, close to closing time so I didn’t mind the fact that they were out of fries and they only had mild tenders, understandable, and I would have let it go right there and then. I got through the drive-​thru, and ate the food in my car 5 minutes later. Took a bite from the tender, and guess what, it was raw inside, it was the rubber taste of undercooked chicken. I looked at it, and yes, it was not cooked fully. What I didn’t swallow I put back in the bag and just through it away. Yesterday, my head and area around the eyes were beating me the whole day, nausea, headaches, and the only reason why this didn’t go to the next level is because of my immune system, and I was able to defeat the food poisoning. Do yourself a favor, either eat fried chicken in the South, or don’t eat it all. Eating fried chicken in the North is like eating a filet mignon at a seafood restaurant, it ain’t happening.

They get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE time. It’s always in the dumbest way possible, too. Like seriously… the dumbest things you could ever imagine!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to get the bigger (butterfly) shrimp they give me popcorn shrimp and try to pass it off. EVERY TIME!!! FOUR TIMES NOW!!! When I ask them about it they will not answer. They never have anything ready either. You always have to wait for them to cook it.
I’ll never go back. Total idiots.

Love Popeyes’ chicken. Got to go spicy when you go here. Their version of mashed potatoes is quite yummy as well. This is by far the cleanest location I’ve set foot in, but also the smallest. Menu seems to be missing a few items, but they have all the key players you’re probably looking for. I’ll also say that this location has the kindest employees I’ve experiences in a Popeyes. I don’t get to go often, but I’ll definitely be back to this one soon.

Service and food was good. Weird how with Popeyes franchise that food is not consistent. This was one of the better Popeyes.

Other fried chicken joints cannot compare to Popeye’s. It’s always crispy and juicy and the service is great here. Friendly employees who are intelligent and even recognize you when you’re not even really «regulars». I used to try to make it once a week but that doesn’t always agree with my schedule. Definitely a place to check out because the food really wins out over KFC or Chick’fil’A

I found this place a few months ago, I think the chicken is delicious. When I go through the drive threw I end up having to wait, but I don’t mind having it MTO, I like to think fresher and hotter chicken? :) not a fan of the gravy it has peppers in it and it a little spicy (I don’t like spicy food) but I order anyway, because mash potatoes go with chicken :) not a fan of the corn on the cob, trying the Cole saw a this time. Also there are not many fried chicken places near me, KFC, but that location is not as clean as this popeys!

Stumbled by this location by accident picking up Chinese food next door. Good to know we now have a Popeyes within [somewhat] driving distance whenever the craving kicks in.

We went on a Tuesday night. I got the 3 piece chicken combo (spicy) with mac n cheese it was pretty good. I was hungry and I couldn’t finish the last chicken strip. The chicken was crunchy and the spicy was not too spicy like you needed a drink after every bite. The mac n cheese (employee suggestion) was really good and went well with the chicken. Biscuit was buttery and delicious. Will probably go back again.

Typical fried chicken, nothing too special in my opinion. It’s pretty hard to see these around though (at least in my area).
It’s supposed to be a Louisiana style chicken and they also offer fried crawfish and shrimp, but I’ve never tried those. Their sides are good! Cajun fries… YUM! Mashed potatoes cajun style… YUM! And super buttery biscuits! Not really flakey or anything, but still a great addition to your meal!
AND! Cheap of course… it better be right? It’s fast food!

I don’t care if I lose credibility… Popeyes Rules!!! Red Beans and Rice, ’nuff said.
