Quality Pizza

I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe. Bottom of the roll was hard as a rock. Ordered the burger medium rare. Came well done. Onion rings were greasy. Threw most of it out. Only ate the fries. Hmmm.

John Asshole (it shows up as John A so who really knows) says anyone that has a negative review about this place must be stupid. Sorry Mr Asshole, but I know good food and this isn’t it. Frozen pizza dough, canned sauce, greasy cheese. What else is there to say. If you want to order from here, might as well go to craptastic places like Dominos, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. I personally like my pizza hand made. So I probably won’t see John at Franks, Vinnies or Guiseppes…

Quality pizza has the best lunch specials for 6.95 I got a cheesesteak fries and soda. They also get their hoagie rolls from Luiciso bakery in NJ! Truly amazing good place to eat in Lansdale.

The food was average, nothing bad about it but nothing that forces me to ever go back there. There are two dirty tables inside in a dank «dining room». There was only one person working there during lunchtime, so we had to wait to order while he was making other meals. He was civil but curt.

I do not know how this place is getting bad reviews they must just be stupid people.
I am extremely picky about my food and I told the owner that the first time I ordered from them and my wings come just way I like.
Try tipping maybe lol
I order my wings extra crispy sauce on the side and extra blue cheese and sauce on the side and comes right all the time.
Granted wings may be a little small at times but I like him like that we’ll done crispy.
I never received cold food from this place if I did I would have returned it as well so maybe try again and see.

I recently moved to the area for work (Merck). So like every newbie resident you always want to find that new eating out place. Well let me tell you! I order out every Friday and Saturday nights and also on that Eagles Sunday. I spend over $ 40.00 dollars every time so you would think that they would want to keep you as a customer. NOT THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! THE COOK DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO TAKE ORDERS PROPERLY OVER THE PHONE! Yes I know the cook is taking orders !! I ordered fries with whiz cheese on the side. The reason I order the cheese on the side is because I don’t want the dries soggy. Now I bring this up because i had ordered this a few times before and they put the fries in the correct bag so they dont get soggy! well nope they put it in a container and on top of them being soggy they were cold! So now i check the other food and sure enough the wings were cold as well! so i ordered 40 wings and when they got here they were COLD!!! So when I called to explain that the wings are cold the cook blamed the new delivery driver for the reason why my wings were cold!!! It turns out that this new delivery driver is the owners son! So after speaking with the owner he informed me that he will send new fries and new wings (after almost an hour back and forth) so an hour and a half later the driver shows up at my home with just fries! I was pissed at this point! So I’m on the phone and the cook says I know nothing about wings after I call asking where are the wings? So after many times of trying to blame the driver the driver calls his dad and he takes the wings back. Well THEY INFORMED ME THAT I WILL GET NEW WINGS! NOPE THEY RECOOKED THE OLD ONES ! ALSO THE DRIVER INFORMED ME THAT IT WASN’T HIS FAULT AND THEY WEREN’T BUSY LIKE THE COOK KEPT SAYING! THIS PLACE NO LONGER EARNS MY BUSINESS AT ALL!!! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ITS DIRTY AND THEY LET THERE KIDS PLAY ON THE FLOORS AND IT TROUBLES ME to think THAT THEY HAVE Their KIDS THERE EVERYDAY. So it’s more like a daycare! It’s just a shame because this place could be so much better but it seems like the COOK IS MORE LIKE THE OWNER THAN THE ACTUAL OWNER IS! SO I FOUND A NEW PLACE! NEW STATION PIZZA! Their food is really good and the prices are reasonable. They also provide plastic wear and plates napkins and I didn’t even have to ask for it!
