Good food — we ordered the yellow fun Tuna & orecchiette pasta — a bit pricey, but definitely tasty) and a great attentive staff. I loved the modern and clean look of the bar. Only open until 10 PM (on Sundays I assume) but the staff never rushed us. Overall a great dining experience. Would definitely come back.

I make it a point to go to every bar around, so I made my way into this one for the first time last night. It’s in the new Marriott by the turnpike and everything was crisp and new indeed. Modern style furniture through the lobby and into the bar. Has a very warm vibe, and and very clean, attentive and friendly gal behind the bar. Ordered apps and drinks. Coconut shrimp and mozzarella flatbread (see pics) were great. Also had the artichoke and Asiago dip. Bangin. For an entrée I had the half roasted chicken. Nice presentation, the seasoning had cinnamon or something sweet in it, that I didn’t really care for, and it was raw in the middle. Automatic 2 star loss. The bartender was cool and immediately took it off the tab. Aside from the chicken, I like this place and plan to return again.

My husband and I had a quick meal last night. Just a burger and the football game. Food was good, service was friendly and efficient. But after I paid the bill with cash, our waitress ignored us to the point of turning her head when she walked by. I have a very low guilt threshold so immediately thought the tip was too small. In the car, I recalculated. I hadn’t misread the total. But just now, we realized that I might have miscounted the bills and left only a two dollar tip. We were traveling so I can’t just run in with the difference anytime soon. I just want her to know that it was a mistake. I appreciate that she works hard and I’m very sorry.

Stayed at the Marriott and came here for drinks, couldnt help but order food. The staff was very friendly. I loved the filet mignon.
The overall experience and ambiance makes up for the small portions. I was happy, nonetheless and will be returning upon my next stay at the Marriott.

Came in with my boyfriend for dinner at the bar. Very nice atmosphere. I got a ginger-​something martini off the menu and it was delicious. We ordered the calamari fries and it was very chewy but the sauces were great. My boyfriend hated it. I ordered the portobello sandwich with a side Caesar salad and it was good, not great. My boyfriend ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and hated that too. Said it was the worst cheesesteak he ever had. Took a bite and it was pretty bland. Not worth $ 14. I’d come back for drinks but not the food.

The service was horrible. Our waitress was rude and inattentive. For a Friday night when there is not much to do in the area this place should have been busy. The hummus was tasteless. Will Not return. I can spend my money where people are attentive and friendly.

After reading the Unilocal reviews, decided to jump off the Turnpike and let traffic die down. I had been here once before the week they opened, and I never knew this restaurant was tucked in the back — somewhat an exception as most Marriott Courtyards only have a «Bistro Bar» in the lobby. Nice modern décor, vibrant music and a atmospheric outdoor dining area and fire pit. Glad I found it. Just stopped for drinks. Friendly staff, but a bit inattentive.

Stayed here for the weekend during sons baseball tournament. Decided to «stay in» and have dinner at the Porch. Started with buffalo chicken dip, sons not crazy about blue cheese they put in it. They had the filet mignon which was incredible and you could cut with a butter knife. I had the wasabi crusted yellow fin tuna, very good! Only down side was we want to sit outside and enjoy the night and there were people smoking and I hate cigarette smoke! The service was great and the food came out fairly quick! I would go go back. Hotel is beautiful by the way too!

Hate to write this since this place still feels like my own little secret, but I must. Only been here 4 times but every time the food, drinks and service were excellent. The outdoor area is great, but the inside bar is also a great hangout spot. Lot of respectable beers on tap as well as some tasty mixed drinks. Highly recommend!

It’s nice to have a new outdoor space in the area, and we enjoyed the patio here. The server was friendly, however the food took close to 45 minutes to come out, and my salad was missing the tortilla strips and salsa that were listed on the menu. The food was fine– nothing special, but we would definitely give it another try, especially considering the nice outdoor area.

very clean, updated, chic atmosphere. the dishes were trendy and quite good. good vegetarian options. the downside was services was S-​L-​OW and they were NOT busy. had we not walked in through the hotel lobby you would not have imagined you were in a hotel. Cool place and nicely decorated.
