This company is a horrible, criminal enterprise through and through. I initially contacted their salesperson Ron Ross on December 20, 2015. I told him that I was moving from Washington, DC to San Francisco. Ron told me that it would take a very long time to move my stuff and that the only way he could ensure that it arrived by my moving date of January 27, 2016 was if they picked up my things on January 2, 2016. This seemed strange to me, but Ron assured me that he had 15 years of experience and that he was telling the truth. After going through an extremely detailed inventory list, Ron assured my that the move would cost right around $ 3000. He sent me a binding estimate to that effect. He also guaranteed that my goods would be there by the 27th of January, because they were being picked up so early. Ron pushed me hard to provide a non-refundable deposit. He assured me of his trustworthiness. Little did I know that he lied at every turn. When the movers arrived to pack and pick up my things, they told me that they had underestimated, and that the move was going to cost $ 5000! Not only that, they told me that because they had to use an elevator and had to park their moving truck in an alley, I would have to pay $ 450 in extra fees. They also charged me storage fees for my goods because I was not able to take delivery within seven days. However, this made no sense as the only reason I was giving them my goods so early was because Ron told me that was necessary. If I had known I would have been able to get my goods in 7 days, I would have kept them until a week before my move! I have since been told by others that 7 days is standard for a cross country move. The company blatantly lied about picking up my things. Additionally, US Relocation advertises that they have their own moving crews. This is a lie. The company subcontracts their work. After my things had been taken, I began to get worried about my delivery. I contacted Tina and Sha Sha in customer service as well as Mary in dispatch and Ron the salesman. No one was willing to give me a delivery date. They kept saying I would hear«the night before delivery». How a person is supposed to plan for a move a night before the goods are coming is beyond me. At this point, I had no recourse. I arrived in San Francisco on January 26, 2016. I called the company about 20 times and was finally able to get through. The customer service team of Tina and Sha Sha is horrible. They are extremely rude and act like they are doing a favor for you. Mary in dispatch will lie just to get you off the phone. They told my my stuff was in Tennessee and would arrive by Friday, Saturday or Sunday, January 29 – 31. The weekend came and went, and I was not contacted. U.S. Relocation’s offices are closed over the weekend, so I had no way to figure out where my stuff was. I was forced to sleep on an air mattress and had none of my things. On Monday Feb. 1, I called US Relocation systems to find out where my stuff was. They told me there had been ANOTHER delay and that my stuff would be arriving Thursday-Sunday. I demanded that they put me in touch with the driver. I finally was able to call the driver directly(not an employee of US Relocation), who would not give me a more firm date than Friday through Sunday. I called every single day and was finally able to get the driver to deliver my things on Thursday February 4, 2016. The driver forced me to pay ANOTHER $ 500 to rent a smaller truck to move in my things, and he had the audacity to demand a tip at the end of the move. In closing, I received my goods more than one month after they were picked up, and I paid $ 6000 rather than $ 3000. This company misrepresents everything in the sign up process, lies once they have your things, makes you pay much more than anticipated, delivers your things late, and are horribly rude. They do not care, and they should not be in business. They are liars, criminals, and all around bad people. BEWARE! Also, they make you pay in cash so that you have no recourse.

I would never use this organization again. Their sales rep Angela gave a quote of $ 2200 and when they came out to move us it went to $ 3000 they misrepresented the cubic feet. We had 500 they said it was 600 and when furniture was delivered it was actually 400 cubic feet. This moving organization should be put out of business. They are the worst ever. I was told that they owned their trucks but the delivery was done by a sub contractor. Please be aware they are a scam. Angela can not be trusted, and Nick cannot be trusted.

THISCOMPANYIS A SCAM! After being tricked and doing further investigation into this«company», all the positive reviews you see are fabricated or copied from other sites. My wife and I were given an over the phone estimate by Mark Fortune, who proceeded to contact us non-stop over the next few days to pressure us into leaving a deposit of $ 881.46 via credit card. First of all, never trust an over the phone estimate as we have learned that to be a common beginning of a moving company scam. They will tell you on the day they show up that they under-estimated and you are left with no option but to fork up the difference of whatever they feel like charging you. So my wife mistakenly gave mark out credit card info over the phone after he comforted her with saying he’s got many years in the industry, etc. She told Mark that we were not ready to make any decisions are we do not even have an exact move date yet. Mark sent us a credit card authorization form and continued to pressure us to sign and return it, which we never did. Despite not having authorization, Mark charged the deposit to our credit card, thus committing a crime of unauthorized credit card charge. I called him up, furious, and demanded a refund, which he was smart enough to do. U.S. Relocation Systems was created in October 2015 to cover up their failing business of National Relocation or National Van Lines, which is the business that is at the address of 2 Alco Place, so they can continue to scam more people. Do not get fooled by their low prices. The phone number on their website is also disconnected/fake.

I’m going to give these people a 0 rating. They are the worst movers ever. The agent who spoke to me gave the wrong quote and they over charged us $ 1000 on the day of the move. And also the agent who initially spoke to us hung up on us on the day we moved. They did not provide a tracking number and each time you call the customer care they make you wait for one hour and they still do not provide any details of when and where the goods are and when they will arrive. I believe this company is out to cheat their customers and they are fraudulent. I do not even trust that my goods will arrive safely. Please do not hire them and make your move an extremely unpleasant experience. Complete spam and I wish I had just sold my items Rather than using these movers. And the customer executives and rude and treat you like shit. TOTALLYSHITTY to say the least
