We had them out to look at our furnace and they were very professional and honest.
Our primary and secondary heat exchangers were bad and they informed us they were under warranty for 20 years we had no idea and they very well could of sold us a whole new furnace, I respect that and it is very hard to find honest contractors these days. These guys are the real deal GREAT COMPANY HIGHY RECOMMENDED.

We’ve used Air-​Rite in the past for some preventative maintenance and also a repair on our A/​C unit. We live in one of those mass-​produced duplex neighborhoods out in Montgomery, so the quality of our equipment isn’t the greatest in the world. We were part of their Gold plan (forget the exact name) for a few years, which includes a once a year (a/​c or furnace) cleaning/​tune-​up and discounts on repairs and parts if needed. Plus they always make sure you know about some rebates from their unions or other companies, which helps out. The techs that come out are friendly and explain things well. Their scheduling is pretty flexible and have a lot of technicians, which makes finding a day easy. While they do suggest some additional repairs or treatments, they aren’t too pushy about it. All in all, they are a large reputable company who doesn’t push you to do unnecessary things and had reasonable pricing. They are my go to people if I gotta get anything repaired, I have no problems recommending them (of course, I hope i don’t have to call them very often, lol).

I had a furnace check and was very pleased with Phil. He was courteous (put on shoe covers to come in the house) and seemed very throrough. I will definately call them again if I need anything on my furnace. He explained things and overall very professional.
