Biggby Coffee Store

Seriously… I pay for a large iced coffee (that has over a half cup of ice to begin with) and sit there reading for half an hour. My cup is a little over half full and you want to charge me $ 2.15 to fill it back up? With plain cold coffee?
Lansing needs more Starbucks.

The nicest people of any Biggby’s in Lansing work here. They always have a smile and act like they are happy to make my coffee and bagel. No frowning, grumpies morning faces. Love it!

The owner of this Biggby is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
After getting in a car accident and having my car towed away, I was dropped off at this Biggby because it was close and somewhere I could stay while waiting for a ride home — the owner saw the police car drop me off and immediately came out and helped me carry my things inside, offered to turn down the music if it was too loud and was distracting while I was making calls, and gave me a free drink as well as his personal cell phone number if I needed a ride since he knew people at the LPD.
The baristas were also very nice and offered their condolences — these people are SO kind and understanding, so come to this Biggby if you’ve had a bad day!
