Emailed Bohnet Electric via their web site’s «contact me» page, received a reply the following day with a question. I replied with an answer to their question. That was it. Never heard back again. Okay, so you don’t want to do the job, just say so. I can always find somebody else to hang my new chandelier. (And I did!)
Note, though, that I still heartily recommend their store on Grand River Avenue for the selection of antique and modern lighting. They ARE knowledgeable. It’s just that customer service through their web page was poor.

Bohnet Electric is THE go-​to place for unique light fixtures. It is a family owned business and you will not find better customer service anywhere. Even if you are looking for more traditional fixtures, they can fill your need. They also do electrical work and their prices are very reasonable. We special ordered a track lighting system for our in-​home bar area and they found the perfect fixture for us and installed it promptly and inexpensively. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much! The fellas at Bohnet were quick, and solved our electrical issue right away. They also gave me a few tips on which bulbs (we have some odd ones) that I could switch out for LED or fluorescents and save energy. I can’t recommend them highly enough;) They went above and beyond.
