Burger King

Don’t bother here. The building and interior are unpleasant enough that I typically avoid the place, especially with a brand new McDonalds down the street. However, I do prefer BK burgers at times.
This particular review is in response to my most recent trip here this morning. I have been hankering for their new breakfast borrito and the current 2 for 4 croissantwhich deal and finally had the time to make the trip. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and I didn’t have enough time to drive to a more appealing location. I arrive at the drive-​thru at 10:20 and see that the menu board has already switched to burgers etc. Not a good sign. I pull up to order and see the vehicle in front of me ordered the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich as well so I feel relieved. After waiting without so much as a peep for over 2 minutes, I am finally greeted to make my order. I begin my order and they tell me that they are no longer serving breakfast… It was only 10:26. When I clarified that breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:30 she offered for them to get things back out and that it would be a lengthier wait. Why would you quit serving breakfast even a minute early? Just another example of a poorly run establishment. I am probably better off, chances are the food here would have been just as unappealing as the building.

Dirty! The floors are sticky and the tables are dirty. Half the lights are out in the ceiling and it needs to be remodeled. Avoid this location.

If I could select zero stars I would!!! Ordered a Fish Wish and was sick all night. The bread had been microwaved until tough and newfangled piece of fish was the worse! Tasted as if it was microwaved from Frozen. $ 6.00 wasted on utter garbage! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!

My daughter and I went to burger king located 16 224 South Park ave, South Holland il, I placed and order in the drive thru, it was very slow. When I got to the cashier I gave her my credit card. She held it in her hand for 5 min then walked away. Something didn’t seem right after 10 min I pulled down to the next window letting a mgr know of my concerns that the girl was taking to long with my card especially since there is so much identity theft. So she finally gave me my card back. I’ll never go back there to that location.

Undoubtedly one of the worst BKs I have ever been to. Bad service, cold food, even the eating area failed expectations.

Well! I remember when Burger King was Burger King 10 plus years ago. The Whoppers were GIGANTIC and not small like they are now. The food was at a good price compared to today. I remember when Whoppers went on sale for ninty nine cents but now it is 2 for 5. Burger King is trying to become fancy and like a real restaurant. They should not call it the whopper anymore because it’s not the Whopper it once was.

about a month a go i went Thur drive thru gave my order two times to the girl when i got to window she did not have my order at all after giving it to here two times that sucks to .I went in to dine in gave my coupon for 2 can dine for $ 7.00 I was charge full price manger did nothing about it after I told her. i don’t think i will be back any more very bad service and management.

Just avoid at all costs. I don’t see how this place is in business. Never seems to amaze me as to why there are lines for people to order any type of food from here. The wait time to even get a simple order is just ridiculous. I feel that if you walked in and asked for a drink to be able to pour from the fountain on your own it would take at least 20 minutes.
Just don’t go there at all.

I go to the Burger King North of this one, in The Landings strip mall. The service there is much better, and they don’t make you wait for every order. The Glenwood BK is also much better. At this location, they always make you wait for even the easiest orders, and the employees are rude. Anything special seems to confuse them, like a Whopper with no pickle! If I want BK, I go to one of the better locations and avoid the hassle.

Every time I go, I get friendly service and fresh food (I’ve even filled out their receipt survey) Sure, it may take more than 5 minutes, but it’s worth it. I’m shocked at the previous reviews.

This burger king is pretty bad. They always take forever with your order. The employees have a horrible aptitude. And the food is not that good. I went once and ordered the fish sandwiched with no mayo. The fish was burned and it took them like 30 minutes to give it to me. When i took the first bite it was covered with mayo. I took it back and asked if i could get one with no mayo. Then i herd some lady in the kitchen telling the manager «if he didn’t like it why did he bite it! «. So if you don’t want crappy food and a horrible aptitude go somewhere else.

Be prepared for a long wait. If you think this will mean the food will be, hot you will be disappointed and to top that off it will be poorly made.

This is, by far, the worst BK ever. This is not because we are not into fast food in my house. We are. We like a good whopper, or fries, or apple fries, what have you. It is just… terrible. The service is unpleasant, sometimes downright nasty. I once sat in the drive thru lane at the sign (stuck with someone in front of me and behind me) for FORTY FIVE minutes. When I finally got to the window the guy told me he was new and he didn’t know what to do. Really? Then he forgot to give me a receipt, and when I told the manager, with the whole «We’ll give you a 5 dollar gift card if you don’t get a receipt» sign on the window, she said we don’t have the budget to give that to you. Seriously? I would think BK would have shut them down a while ago. They are horrible, rude, always get the order wrong, and it’s just not worth your time. Go to McDonald’s down the road. You’ll be much happier.
