Not being from the Michigan area we were unsure about catering companies. HOWEVER, we came across Center of the Plate Catering. It’s owner, Rachele White, invited us into her home for a tasting, and the food was amazing. She is extremely easy to work with and has so many great ideas I don’t even know where to start. Just turn her loose, you won’t be disappointed. We got so many compliments from our wedding guests (200) about not only how great everything tasted, but the presentation. And if you want a pig roast on top of everything else, our daughter’s wedding was held at the Lazy J Ranch, she does that too. Perfect caterer. Can’t say enough good things.
