I’ve been shopping at Dots now for at least 10+ years and have visited quite a few locations (such as Calumet Park, Markham, Cicero, Matteson, Tinley Park, and Oak Lawn) but think that this location is the worst!
My biggest problem with this store is that the customer service here is HORRIBLE! First of all depending on who you are as a person influences whether or not you will get greeted upon entering this store. Then if you need any type of assistance you better ask because these associates sure are not going to ask you if you need anything. Also, most of the employees are not friendly at all! (I think out of all my years coming here I’ve came across less than a handful of employees that have been friendly).
And then compared with the other stores it seems like they have the least amount of merchandise.
I think I’ll continue my shopping at Tinley Park, Oak Lawn, or Cicero where they employees really know the meaning of customer service!
