I make a stop at Dunkin Donuts every morning on my way to work. There is typically a long line of cars in the drive-through between 8 and 9 am. The customer service here is hit or miss. Staff rarely smiles at customers and sometimes they don’t even say thank you. Honestly, staff here appear to feel miserable at work. So far, the only«barista» or cashier, whom I have had a pleasant interaction with is, Ashley. She is super friendly, always greets me with a smile, and is polite. As for the coffee, it’s just okay, as the ice flavored lattes tend to be on the sweet side. Unfortunately, this is my only option for coffee, so I will continue to come here and put up with the mediocre customer service.
