This is a review for the Hampton Inn at 900 N Canal Rd. The hotel itself is nice, its a newer building with modern furnishings. The downside, is the housekeeping. Housekeeping failed to replenish our Coffee supplies, and Kleenex. I had to go down to the front desk, and ask for those items to be sent to our room. The housekeeper failed to clean our room also. Their was a layer of dust, on the desk, along with our coffee cups still sitting on the desk, I sent a email to the general manger, over a week ago, and he never replied, which just sums up this hotel and its staff perfectly. In a nutshell. They don’t care. they just want your money. I wont be back.

I love Hampton Inn’s, as they were always reliably good every time when I traveled for business. So, I’ve stayed at a lot. This one was my favorite so far. Although the customer service at the other Hampton Inn in Lansing was top notch(they directed us to this one since they were sold out). We got an executive suite, and it was a great price. Super clean and brand new hotel. Everything you want in a hotel-clean, everything working, good customer service, comfy bed, and great breakfast. This location also has a pool and Jacuzzi(Lansing east does not) if that’s your thing. Nothing better than a Hampton, unless its a new Hampton!

There is a Hampton Inn, just not at this address. Go to the entrance, make a left and cross Saginaw, it’s on the right, a real(new) Hampton Inn.
