Pizza is soso. Some employees are nice and helpful. The Manager, however, is a rude jek. I used to get 3 pies a week from them. After one too many mistakes on what I ordered, and mostly because of rudeness by Francisco the Mgr., I won’t get pizza there anymore. Boycot them if you have been treated badly. It is the only way owners will understand that being nasty to customers is going to take money out of their pockets. If you have been treated badly, please write a review too. It is an open forum that we never had before the internet was invented and it is a direct line to the owners who SHOULD care about their customers.

Subs are very good, but delivery people are over-the-top rude. Today’s delivery guy went to the wrong address and got lippy with me, the customer, saying his GPS told him to go there. They only have about ¼ of the pop they list on their website, and the driver brought me Pepsi when I ordered Root Beer. I called the store and was told they’d bring out another drink, but it never arrived. After an hour, I called and asked for a refund on the pop. The«manager»(yeah, right) said he couldn’t do that. I insisted, and he said he would«call down» and ask how to do it. I won’t hold my breath.

We order lunch from these guys all the time and they rock!!! They have a pretty good special on Mon, Tues and wed for a couple pizzas. Its a great deal to go in on with a few coworkers. Plus they deliver.

I’m visiting Lansing from out of town and when I called to place my order today the phone attendant Joe refused to take my order saying that my first name could not be «T,» which is the name I gave him along with my last name. He was very rude and I just decided to order from one of the MANY other restaurants who deliver downtown. I had ordered from here last night and didn’t have any issues with my delivery. The food was good and delivered quickly. This Joe guy is not a good representative for this business.

Took them almost 2 and a half hours to deliver a cheese bread! To a business on Saginaw! Seriously? Your business is located 5 minutes away on the same road! Very upset and you would think with this market saturated with pizza and other delivery options, your customer service should be stellar! Never going back! Too bad cause I order in everyday…

The pizza is ok. On the level of other fast food type pizza chains. nothing special. The service is absolutley terrible on multiple times. THe manager even told me that ‘they didnt need my buissiness’ after THEY messed up the order. Will never go back. I advise everyone else to do the same. Would rather spend half the money and get a hot and ready.

When we ordered our pizza we asked for three toppings. Got it, opened the box, and it only had two toppings. Called the restaurant and they would make us another pizza but we would have to drive all of the way back to them. Seems the least they could would be deliver it for free for their mistake. Wasn’t worth the extra cost to drive there to get or pay delivery. Pizza was not good. It barely had any toppings and cheese on it. It is definitely low quality. I’ll stick to the better places.

Happy’s pizza is very mediocre, but edible. What I do enjoy is their chicken wing-dings. It’s the only place I know of in the city that actually has chicken wings with a slightly crispy exterior. Soooo many places sell disgusting wings smothered in «buffalo» sauce which is nasty, and the skin on the wing snaps back when you take a bite. Happy’s is quite the opposite. Quite tasty.

I wasn’t terribly impressed with this place. The food just isn’t that great. I’d rather spend a bit more on the not-the-cheapest-pizza around and really enjoy it. For specifics, the fried chicken was pretty terrible, just crunchy and crusty on the outside, and the fries were typical. The ribs tasted good, but they need to be cooked on lower heat for a lot longer time, because they’re impossible to tear apart. The pizza isn’t worth the few bucks it costs. But the service is nice! I went in late at night and the manager sent me home with a free pizza on top of my order because somebody had failed to pick it up and he «hates to waste food.»

I’m docking a star, because for having«pizza» in the title, their pizza is not that great. Other things on the menu, however, are rather delicious. Tonight, my beau and I got salads, and they were delicious. When a ‘pizza place’ has good salads, I’m always a huge fan. Sometimes cheesy greasy goodness is too much(or sometimes you make new years’ resolutions about ‘being healthy’ and still end up at the pizza place). Also, this location accepts EBT Cash. You know what sucks? Being poor… What sucks even more, is when people look down on your poor ass. I approve of this business accepting EBT, and accepting it without shame. Also, even if you’re in a hurry, when you call, say, «Yes, I can hold.» The ‘Happy’s Pizza’ jingle is hilariously awesome. The pizza is okay, their salads are nummy, and other things on their menus are sure to please. They have a good selection of desserts, including hand-held sweet potato pies that remind me of Cityfest. I really wanted to get one to see if it was the same deliciousness that I had last year… alas, resolutions… :( Oh, and they have free wifi. I haven’t used it yet; I think all the neon lighting might interfere.
