Due to an operator error I managed to delete all 2800+ photos and 57 little videos from my phone’s sd card. There were many pics of my daughter and grandkids and many travel and concert pics. Needless to say… many memories.
Initially I «Googled» it and discovered the photos could be restored. I am not tech savy so my attempts would probably cause serious technical problems with my Android.
I took my Galaxy S5 to the cell phone store. Afrer an hour or so the tech could not fix it. He referred me to iFix in Lansing, Il. There’s a location in Merrillville as well.
I dealt with Jad (Amjad) the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable and treated me with respect. He was honest. Told me there might be a problem but he would try.
Try he did and he was successful. He restored all my pics. He never deviated from his original quote which I greatly appreciate.
